1) How do you send the items? We post all items by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which is a signed for service.  All parcels are sent in plain packaging with just a small label at the back of the parcel showing the sender ie. name of the web-site and postal address.

2) When will I receive my order? All items on the web-site are marked with an estimated delivery time.  Although we carry large stocks, some items or sizes may not be in stock, please allow upto 14 days delivery time.  Where there will be long delay in the delivery of the items, we will notify the customer by email.

3) If I have ordered items and not heard anything what should I do? Go to the 'Contact Us' page, the link is located at the top right hand side of the site and send us an email from there, we aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours.  Otherwise you can call us from the two telephone numbers at the top of the site.  Please let us know what you have ordered and the date of order. 

4) Can I exchange an item or get a refund? Yes you can get a refund but note due to hygiene reasons the items you return must be unworn, in its original condition and with tags still attached. For hygiene reasons no refunds will be given to our briefs range.  You can try on the underwear but you must wear your own underwear underneath this.  Items you want to exchange or refund must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the order.  

5) Which countries do you ship to? We deliver to most countries and continents all over the world including UK, Europe, America, Canada, Middle East, Australia and many more.
